Can Harlie answer calls when I'm closed?
Yes, the planned service supports around-the-clock answering, subject to the selected provider's availability and your chosen call-routing setup.
Can Harlie book appointments?
Appointment booking may be offered after we validate calendar integration. We won't promise confirmed appointments unless your availability is actually checked.
Can I keep my existing business number?
In many cases, call forwarding can route calls from your current number to an AI receptionist. Compatibility will need to be checked with your telephone provider.
When can I start using Harlie?
